The air filter removes contaminants from the air drawn in by the engine, allowing it to maintain proper engine power, torque, and fuel consumption. Without the filter, contaminated air containing pollen and street dust would enter the combustion chamber. Impurities in the engine operate like abrasive paper, causing damage to piston rings, bushes, and cylinders.

A battery separator is membrane placed between the positively charged anode and the negatively charged cathode. This configuration helps prevent electrical short circuits.

A good oil filter has a strong burst-resistant steel canister, a flexible anti-drainback valve that allows it to avoid back-pressure and leakage at cold temperatures, a bypass valve that does not weep at normal operating pressures (causing bypass), and a strong filter element with supported pleats and endcaps/seam that are sealed tight.

Reverse Osmosis membrane is a method used to remove the majority of pollutants from water by forcing the water through a semi-permeable membrane under high pressure. It is the most cost-effective approach for eliminating up to 99 percent of pollutants from feed water. It is a technology of percentage rejection. Therefore, the resulting product water depends on the quality of the incoming water.

Available in a variety of fiber options : regular, flame retardant subject fibers, homo-polymer & bicomponent binders, recycled content & eco polymer alternatives. Solution based R&D starts from polymerization process to engineer customer fiber requirements to meet evolving market needs.

Dope Dyed Staple Fiber  (DDS) is a colored polyester fiber which is produced by mixing with colored pigments and has a multiple color variation.

DDS has a good color fastness and is environmentally friendly because it does not need an additional dyeing process that uses a large amount of water.

In addition, it can be used for a variety of applications.

Tire cords are used as reinforcing materials for tires, designed to keep tires in shape and to enhance durability. We produce Polyester tire cords for general tires.

In order to achieve world-class quality, we continuously improve our quality management practices by ingenuous actions, we then enhance customers satisfaction by responding promptly to their demands.
Also, Teijin Frontier has been promoting “Eco-minded Adhesive” for Rubber Reinforcing Fiber that does not use resorcinol-formaldehyde (RF) but still achieves the same level of performance as conventional methods.

Tire Cord

Seat belt is a vehicle safety device designed to secure the occupation of a vehicle against harmful movement that may result during a collision or a sudden stop. Seat belt functions to reduce the likelihood of death or serious injury in a traffic collision by reducing the force of secondary impacts with interior strike hazards, by keeping occupants positioned correctly for maximum effectiveness of the airbag and by preventing occupants being ejected from the vehicle in as crash or if the vehicle rolls over. TEIJIN Tetoron has long history to be applied to seat belt by its reliable properties

All nets must be strong enough to withstand the impact of schools of fish and water pressure, falling tools and people, balls, etc. as well as be able to absorb the impact so as not to hurt or damage whatever they catch. They must also be highly resistant to weather and abrasion since they are mainly used outdoors. By using special polyester that has a higher stretch property than regular polyester, nets highly superior in impact absorption have been manufactured.


Fishing Net

Ropes are used in a variety of ways as hawser for mooring ships, safety lines at construction sites, and in fishing nets such as purse seines, set nets, and trawl nets. They are also used in diverse areas such as electricity, communications, machines, and sports and are available from 3 mm to 150 mm in diameter. Although the raw material used in their making differs according to the required functions, Teijin Tetoron polyester stands out for its many advantageous properties.

Rope

The fire hose is indispensable to enter and move around in a burning structure and to instantly put out fires. To speedily and effectively extinguish fires, various requirements such as ease of use and durability must be met. A special machine to make fire hoses is used to coat the interior and exterior of the tubular woven material with resin.

Belts for general industrial materials such as the lashing belt and others, which are utilized in pallet transportation among others, are widely used in diverse ways especially in the distribution industry.
