In recognition of the importance of the protection of Personal Data and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (the “PDPA”), the following statements and information have been adopted as our Privacy Policy.  By visiting our website and browsing this Privacy Policy, which is linked to such website, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read our Policy.

1.Collection, Use and Disclosure of Data
We collect your Personal Data because of the past, existing, or potential business transactions between you and your organization (as a vendor, supplier, independent contractors, customers, service provider, or a business partner of our Company), on one part, and our Company, on the other part. 
We will comply with the PDPA, and the regulations, notifications and guidelines issued thereunder regarding the handling of Personal Data.
 
2. The Purposes for which Personal Data are Collected
We collect Personal Data mainly for the following purposes: 
  • To response to your inquiries.
  • To provide information or make proposals regarding our products and/or services.
  • To improve our production, service, quality control and our business operation.
  • To fulfill our contractual obligations.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
 
3. Sources from Which the Personal Data are Collected
We primarily collect Personal Data from you directly:
  • When you offer to buy products or service from us or vice versa.
  • When you respond to our inquiry or survey questionnaire voluntarily.

We will also comply with applicable laws when sending or transferring Personal Data to recipients located outside of Thailand.

As a Data Subject, you have the right:

  • To correct or update your Personal Data.
  • To require us to erase your Personal Data.
